Happy Holiday Season To All Of Our Baby Otter Families.
Once again we are doing our yearly fundraising for our special needs and underprivileged children. These are the children who are not privy to receiving the very imperative drowning prevention swim lessons offered at Baby Otter Swim School. Through our nonprofit 501 (C)(3) Baby Otter Scholarship & Education Fund we are trying to raise money to help as many of these wonderful children as possible.
Because of a personal and almost tragic incident that involved one of the co-founders child the importance of drowning was conceptualized and developed over 35 years ago to teach children starting at 10 months old the preventable drowning methods and techniques of Baby Otter.
Since its inception Baby Otter Swim School has met and continues to meet the needs of children from low-income, single parent households and especially special-needs children. But we need your help to continue to offer these services for free.
Our parents have always committed to be involved in our fundraising for this very important cause and I might add that the involvement is a true testament to the good work the school has done in teaching our swimming techniques. By partnering with us on this mission you will have become a part of the solution to one of the leading causes of death in children under the age of 5-DROWNING.
